There are currently 9 members on the council, chosen by the people of St. Tudy.

Elections are held every 4 years, except for the chairman and vice-chairman who are elected every year by members of the council.

The Parish Council meets normally on the last Wednesday of the month at 1900 in the side room of the Village Hall, except for the months of August and December.
